SELEMIX 10K is a dosing system, the latest addition to Selectra range, so a dedicated unit for high-duty industrial applications.
The SELEMIX 10K mixing system is a powerful and customizable tool for precise and automated fluid feeding and mixing. This modular system can supply up to 16 units and manages up to 12 chemicals per channel.

For enhanced accuracy and efficiency, SELEMIX 10K ensures automatic and semi-automatic feeding of the chemicals by adding the additives in sequence to increase the result of the mixing. The mixing process is achieved by setting several fill cycles and defining a proper time of each individual cycle.

SELEMIX 10K is fully compatible with VISCOS TS10K, which enables operators to save and load these settings through the job name panel.

The recipe and the mixing method is stored according to the required job name.

Selemix10K Dosing System

Selemix10K can be applied to the most varied industrial and chemical sectors.

In particular, they are great for controlling a wide range of fluid substances, rom inks and paints to more viscous substances such as glues and adhesives.

The system displays a layout of the mixer system where the coloured boxes are the chemicals (T) to be added in the mixing process. The tank is the final tank where the chemicals are fed into and then mixed.

All the recipients are equipped with indicator lights to signal empty, full and pumping statuses. If any of the chemical tanks are empty, an alarm signal is generated. Each alarm signal can also be individually eliminated by operator’s choice.

Additionally, the solvent mixer system panel displays a live status of the level sensors of each tank.The mixer system also supports manual override controls that can be used to adjust the mixing process on the fly.

The SELEMIX10K system can be easily integrated with viscosity controls, pH controls and temperature controls adding a view live and historical trend data on demand by external digital protocols fully compatible with 4.0 Industry. Hence users can survey their processes, optimizing performance and measuring consumption of the chemicals.
