Line Guide for slitter rewinders

SG 900 LN is a low cost web guide expecially developed for slitter rewinders, unwinding and rewinding stations. The system control the edge of the material following one printed line.
The reel frame is directly driven by an user friendly panel control. The correction signal is used for moving a linear actuator with internal limit end switches and servo center sensors. The electric ball screw actuator is strongly built for working in hard conditions with a very high precision. The error is detected by one hi tech LED photocell sensor with the automatic gain adjusting. The zero is settable in order to change the offset level. In the most evoluted systems the scanning head is motorised. Trough the autocentering device, the web guide is moved in a central position to start the correction with the same capabilities in both the directions.
