Low cost register control

CRE 9004 is a modular and low cost register control suited for all kind of printing press. The system can control the longitudinal and side printing register. CRE is a brand new system using modern independent microprocessors for every printing station. Fiber optic scanning heads with automatic gain adjustment amplifier are used to read the print marks. The digital oscilloscope can be used to display and control the input signal. Programming, control and display of error can be implemented through the numeric keyboard.

All the parameters for the PID algorithm are settable by the keyboard. The mark recognition is automatic.

All the programming steps are user friendly. The LCD display shows the working data, the printing error, the oscilloscope and the error hystogram.
